In a capitalist culture that flourishes on variety and competition, this issue adversely impacts the economy and business. This analysis will give attention to this issue that is social is a huge issue in this nation therefore the policy (The Equal Pay Act) that has been intended to especially address this issue. The Social Issue during the 2015 Oscars, Patricia Arquette utilized her message to advocate for equal pay money for every woman: ‘To every woman whom provided delivery, to every taxpayer and resident for this country, we’ve battled for everybody else’s equal rights. It’s our time for you to have wage equality for good and rights that are equal feamales in the usa of America (Guardian, 2015).’ In 1963, the united states government voted when it comes to Equal Pay Act to deal with the wage inequality between women and men (Commission, n.d.).
