White-painted bride honors Bulgarian Muslim rite

The remote town of Ribnovo, set on a snowy mountainside in southwest Bulgaria, has held its traditional cold temperatures wedding service alive despite decades of Communist persecution, accompanied by poverty that forced a lot of men to find work abroad.
